About Us
The organisation started in United Kingdom. It was born out of a general meeting held in London in January 2009. The idea for seeking to develop accessible maternity services for Salahlay was tabled in the meeting and the participants unanimously welcomed and endorsed the idea of building a maternity hospital for Salahlay. All the participants of the meeting were in agreement about the need for maternity services and the positive impact that realisation of this project will have on the endeavour and the quest for a better health improvement which is the backbone for development of the population and country.
Following committee members were elected at the general meeting.

4. Locality representatives (both in and out of London)
5. Committee conducting various and ongoing contacts and meetings and three
monthly meetings
6. To have a general meeting on six monthly basis. 7. To effect a regular donation based on monthly contribution of the members of the organisation. 8. Members and the general public to contribute fundraising ideas through the website of the organisation.
